PRODUCTS
HOOK LOCKS AND DEADLOCKS
The L4V Hook Lock is a mechanical deadlock for vans that operates independently from the manufacturers’ locking system. A deadlocking hook bolt engages into its opposing body section. Operated by its high-security external key under full control of the van driver.
EXTRERNAL SHIELDS
L4V External shields reduce the risk of bodywork punctures that give access to internal lock mechanisms and door latches. Our external shields are vehicle and door specific and so the products we supply vary depending on the make and model of your vehicle. Stops drilling, cutting, and protects vulnerable areas.
INTERNAL LATCH SHIELDS
Break-ins often occur as a result of the door skin being punctured to gain access to the internal mechanisms that open the door. The L4V Internal Latch Shields are door-specific, providing internal protection to reduce the risk of this method of attack. Fitted internally and cant be seen from the outside.
ANTI PEEL BRACKETS
Designed to strengthen door edges and distribute force more evenly when attacked.
The L4V Anti-Peel Kit is a robust bracket and keep manufactured from high-strength stainless steel.
We recommend using the L4V Anti-Peel Kit in conjunction with a L4V Hook Lock in the high position of the rear end of the same side load door.
STATEMENT LOCKS
Designed to brace the vans's doors together, it provides increaed protection to the load area whilst serving as a strong visual deterrent.
The L4V statement lock incorporates anti-drill and anti-cut properties, making it capable of withstanding attacks from heavy-duty tools such as angle grinders and drills. This product can be installed on both the side load doors or barn doors.
FORD TRANSIT REP LOCKS
Ford transits are known to have week door locks from the factory which can easily be broken into. Rep locks are a great high security replacement to the OEM locks. Anti drill , anti spin, anti pick. Fitted with a stainless steel bezel to increase security even more. Fitted to the driver side door as a direct replacement.

DOOR PEEL ATTACKS
A peel-and-steal attack is a method used by thieves to break into vans by forcing the top corner of the door away from the body of the vehicle. By pulling the door back with force, they create a gap large enough to reach inside and unlock it from within. This allows quick access to any tools or equipment stored inside the van. We fit anti -peel brackets to the indie of the doors to stop this from happening.
LOCKS DRILLED
Drill and cutting attacks usually involves drilling directly into the door lock or cutting into the door panel to reach the internal locking mechanism. Once they gain access, they can manually release the lock and open the door.
To help prevent this type of attack, we can install internal latch shields, external anti-drill plates, or a combination of both for added protection. Anti-drill plates can also be used to cover and reinforce areas that have already been damaged by previous break-in attempts.
FORD DRIVERS DOOR LOCK
Many Ford Transit vans are vulnerable to break-ins through the driver’s door lock. Thieves can often force entry using basic tools like grips or a screwdriver, due to weaknesses in the original factory-fitted lock.
We can replace the standard manufacturer’s lock with a high-security upgrade, such as a RepLock, to significantly improve protection and help prevent unauthorised access.
